Firmly grounded in counselling and coaching theory, this therapeutic writing course is an 8 week course that enables you to explore likes, dislikes, hopes, dreams, successes and challenges through guided therapeutic writing.  And what's more, you will take away a wealth of therapeutic writing prompts that will help you to continue long after the course is finished!
