Hi. I'm Samantha, although I prefer you call me Sam.
At the centre of how I work is my belief that you know your situation better than I do and that in this regard you are your own best expert. So I don't see my job as being a fixer who tells you what to do and how you should do things better. Rather I see my job as listening to you to really hear what is going on for you and offer you the best support I can.
Adults and young people aged 12+.
Things I can support with:

Making sense if/when you feel lost in yourself. For example, anxiety, depression and confusion caused by life stage changes, loss of confidence

Rebuilding a sense of identity following emotional abuse or difficult relationships.

Working with issues that are related to neurodivergence. Perhaps you are questioning traits, wondering about diagnosis, or have received a diagnosis and are left wondering, ‘Now what?’

Therapeutic Coaching for parenting in neurodivergent families

Dealing with stressful, difficult or challenging relationships with parents, children or others.
